What is the name of that video with the number countdown over people’s heads?

Question by Gekokujo: What is the name of that video with the number countdown over people’s heads?
I dont remember the name of the song or the band, but I saw a video once where this guy was walking around and started seeing numbers counting down over people’s heads.
When the numbers would reach zero, the people would die. I think at some point the guy saves someone’s life or does a good deed and his counter goes back up.
That is about all I have….anyone know the video I am talking about?
